Rainbow Ranch Rainbow Ranch – Groesbeck, Texas 🎃🌈 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Spending Halloween at Rainbow Ranch was an unforgettable experience! The warm, welcoming atmosphere made it feel like celebrating with family and friends. The owners went above and beyond to create a fun, safe, and festive environment — complete with decorations, laughter, and a beautiful night sky that only Texas can offer. The campground itself is peaceful, well-kept, and surrounded by nature — the perfect setting for relaxation and community. Bella, my traveling pup, loved every minute of it too! Between the friendly guests, the glowing campfires, and the spirit of the season, it was a Halloween to remember. If you’re looking for a place that combines heart, hospitality, and a touch of magic, Rainbow Ranch is the place to be. We can’t wait to return! #TravelWithRolando #AdventuresWithBella #RainbowRanch #TexasTravel #HarvestHosts #RVLife #HalloweenOnTheRoad

Crater Lake – Oregon: Experience the Deepest, Bluest Lake in America at Crater Lake.

Crater Lake National Park There are some days on the road when nature decides to gift you a little surprise—and my visit to Crater Lake National Park was one of those perfectly timed blessings. Bella and I arrived just as a blanket of fog was rolling over the rim, softening the jagged cliffs and turning the lake into a mysterious, silver mirror. Most travelers might have felt disappointed, but for a photographer like me, it was pure magic. Armed with my camera and a very excited Bella tugging on her leash, I set out to capture the ethereal mood. The fog danced and shifted with the morning breeze, revealing fleeting glimpses of the lake’s deep blue heart. It felt as if Crater Lake was shy—offering me only brief, intimate moments to photograph before retreating back into its misty veil. By late morning, the sun began to burn through the fog, and the transformation was breathtaking. Suddenly, the world exploded in color—the bluest lake I’ve ever seen , framed by rugged cliffs and forest...

The Olancha Sculpture Garden is an extraordinary collection of whimsical, thought-provoking sculptures rising out of the Mojave sands. Created by artist Jael Hoffmann, this open-air art installation blends surreal creativity with the rugged beauty of the high desert — making it a true hidden gem for travelers. Each sculpture tells its own story, inviting visitors to pause, reflect, and connect with the art and landscape. It’s a photographer’s dream and a wonderful break for anyone driving between Death Valley National Park and the Sierra Nevada. Harvest Hosts Adventures Across America

🌾 Sips, Stays & Sunsets: My Harvest Hosts Adventures Across America by Rolando Chang Barrero for Travel With Rolando If there’s one thing I’ve learned from life on the road, it’s that the best destinations aren’t always on the map — they’re hidden behind a barn door, tucked beside a vineyard, or found in the laughter of strangers who quickly become friends. So far, I’ve parked at nearly seventy Harvest Hosts across America — wineries, distilleries, farms, ranches, orchards, and cideries that have opened their gates (and their hearts) to travelers like me. Every stop has offered a taste, a story, and a memory that lingers long after I’ve driven away. I’ve woken to the smell of fermenting grapes in California, watched the sun set over Utah’s red rocks with a glass of cider in hand, and even learned — the muddy way — that not every scenic backroad is meant for an RV. That lesson came at Inman Vineyards in Childress, Texas , where my rig got stuck in the mud before my kind ho...
